We are living in an ocean of vibrations. When we think, we create vibrations that can affect us or others. Vibrations are a fundamental principle in the universe. Everything existent within the universe vibrates. This is because everything within the universe consists of energy. Even matter is energy, as Einstein explained with his insight that E=mc2 (Energy is equal to Mass * the speed of light squared). His formula shows that matter and energy are actually the same things, and you can convert between the two, which is what nuclear reactors and trees (photosynthesis) do.

The law of attraction states that you will attract into your life–whether wanted or unwanted–whatever you give your energy, focus, and attention to. You are constantly giving off vibrations of energy when you think and feel. These vibrations can be picked up and received by other people. That’s why people say, “he has good vibes,” or “he gives off bad vibes.” You are constantly giving off vibrations — literally!
According to the law of attraction, the universe responds to whatever you are offering — by giving you more of whatever you are vibrating. It doesn’t care whether it is good for you or not; it simply responds to your vibration.

Their meaning crystallizes perceptions that shape your beliefs, drive your behavior, and ultimately, create your world. Just say the word “fire” while barbequing, or in the workplace, or in a crowded theatre, and you’ll get three completely different but powerful emotional and
energetic reactions.
Words and Water
May you heard about Dr. Emoto’s experience with water. Japanese scientist Masaru Emoto performed some of the fascinating experiments on the effect that words have on energy in the 1990s. When frozen, water that’s free from all impurities will form beautiful ice crystals that look exactly like snowflakes under a microscope. Water that’s polluted, or has additives like fluoride, will freeze without forming crystals. In his experiments, Emoto poured pure water into vials labeled with negative phrases like “I hate you” or “fear.” After 24 hours, the water was frozen and no longer crystallized under the microscope: It yielded grey, misshapen clumps instead of beautiful lace-like crystals. In contrast, Emoto placed labels that said things like “I Love You,” or “Peace” on vials of polluted water, and after 24 hours, they produced gleaming, perfectly hexagonal crystals. Emoto’s experiments proved that energy generated by positive or negative words could actually change the physical structure of an object. The results of his experiments were detailed in a series of books beginning with The Hidden Messages in Water, where you can see the astounding before and after photos of these incredible water crystals.
The Power of Gratitude
In another experiment, Emoto tested the power of spoken words. He placed two cups of cooked white rice in two separate mason jars and fixed the lids in place, labeling one jar “Thank You” and the other, “You Fool.” The jars were left in an elementary school classroom, and the students were instructed to speak the words on the labels to the corresponding jars twice a day. After 30 days, the rice in the jar that was constantly insulted had shriveled into a black, gelatinous mass. The rice in the jar that was thanked was as white and fluffy as the day it was made.

In an amazing experience on 24th July 2003, Dr. Hazel Wardha coordinated a research experiment with Dr. Masaru Emoto’s laboratory. 12 Pranic healers from Melbourne and a Pranic Healer from the Philippines projected Pranic healing energy to a Tokyo tap water sample placed in Dr. Emoto’s laboratory in Japan to clean all lower vibration or energy
